We take pride in cultivating a vibrant fruit orchard using organic and natural farming methods. Our commitment to chemical-free horticulture ensures that our fruits and vegetables are grown in harmony with nature, without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Our approach to farming reflects our dedication to preserving the environment and creating a mini self-sustainable mini ecosystem.

Apricots
Apricots, wild or hybrid… all of them are a delicacy to enjoy.

Our orchard offers a unique opportunity for visitors to immerse themselves in sustainable farming practices. We teach these farming methods to those eager to learn, sharing the techniques that help our orchard flourish and provide bountiful fruits.

Our orchard is home to a diverse variety of fruit trees that thrive in this region’s climate. We cultivate a wide range of fruits, including apples, peaches, nectarines, plums, pears, persimmons, kiwis, apricots, pomegranates, and citrus fruits like lemons and oranges. Berries such as mulberries, strawberries, blueberries, and various local wild berries add a burst of color and flavor to the orchard’s corners. In addition to fruits, we also grow an assortment of nuts, including walnuts, chestnuts, and hazelnuts, making our orchard a rich and abundant natural haven.

Peaches
These peaches are so sweet that honey bees forget the flowers when these mature, and instead make small holes to feed on their sweet sweet juice.

Our orchard is located on a hillside, where we’ve carefully created terraces to make the most of the terrain. These terraces are linked by pathways, offering a peaceful stroll through the orchard. Whether you’re looking for a guided tour or an in-depth learning experience, we’re happy to share our farming methods, tips, and practical solutions that can be applied to similar orchards or even kitchen gardens. We use methods derived from various schools of thoughts like – natural farming, regenerative farming, rewilding for pollinators, polyculture, no-till farming, and many other related methods. Just ask, and we’ll be delighted to help you explore the sustainable techniques we use to cultivate our crops.

We also have a greenhouse, primarily used during the winter months to grow herbs, spices, and vegetables, as well as to nurture saplings for early spring planting. This controlled environment allows us to extend the growing season and ensure healthy, vibrant plants ready for the orchard and garden as soon as spring arrives. The dynamics and principles of greenhouse farming are fascinating to learn and offer valuable insights into managing plant growth in controlled environments.

Despite our short growing season, we cultivate a variety of vegetables using natural farming principles and filtered sunlight from agroforestry practices. Our harvest includes green peas, beans, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and many other vegetables. We also grow our own herbs and spices, ensuring fresh, homegrown ingredients for a truly sustainable and bountiful yield.
