Rules Related to the Play Area (Greens)
- Only players are permitted on the greens.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the course.
- No food, chewing gum, or candies are allowed on the course.
- Please wear proper sports shoes. Shoes with spikes are not permitted.
- Select a putter length that suits you and choose a ball colour different from the other players.
- Do not raise the club above knee height.
- The clubs are designed only for putting. Do not use them as walking sticks or strike anything other than the ball.
- Walk only on pathways and greens.
- Maximum four players are allowed on a hole at one time.
- Play at your own risk.
- The terrain is natural and may contain rocks, thorny bushes, uneven surfaces, and sharp edges. Please be careful.
Game Rules
- All players take their first stroke. The player closest to the hole then completes the hole first, followed by the next closest player.
- Each green has two holes. For every hole, play from the teeing area located behind the opposite hole on the same green.
- Each hit counts as a stroke.
- Do not play the next stroke until the ball has completely stopped moving.
- The ball must remain in contact with the surface and must not be played in the air.
- The Practice Putting Green is intended for familiarising yourself with the equipment and surface. Please limit practice to 10–15 minutes.
- Each hole is Par 3.
- The maximum score per hole is 7 strokes.
- If you reach 7 strokes, record a score of 8 strokes and move on after all players finish the hole.
- If the ball leaves the green, add a penalty of 1 stroke and place the ball within 1 foot of the point where it exited the green.
- If the ball leaves the green and returns to it, no penalty applies.
- If a lost ball cannot be found, obtain a replacement ball and replay from the previous position with a one-stroke penalty.
- If the ball comes to rest against the peripheral stones and cannot be played properly, it may be moved up to 1 foot while remaining within the rough area of the green.
- If one ball strikes another, both balls are played from their final resting positions. No penalty applies.
- If a player’s ball is knocked into the hole by another player’s ball, the holed ball counts as completed with no additional stroke.
- A hole cannot be replayed during the same game.
- Do not proceed to the next hole until all players have completed the current hole.
Additional Game Rules
- The flagstick may be removed while putting, except when playing from rough grass.
- If all players agree that a player will almost certainly hole the next putt, the stroke may be conceded and added to the score.
- If another player’s ball interferes with play, it may be temporarily marked and lifted.
- Leaves, insects, and worms may be removed from the green without penalty.
- Stones and growing plants should not be moved.
- Pathways and areas outside the greens are considered no-play zones.
- A player may take stroke-and-distance relief by adding one penalty stroke and replaying from the previous position.
- A player may stand outside the green while playing, but the ball itself must remain on the green.
- Do not move to the next green until all players in your group have completed the hole.
Alternate Ways of Playing
Match Play
- When there are two players or two teams, Match Play can be used instead of traditional stroke play.
- The player or team that wins a hole earns one point.
- Winning consecutive holes increases the running score.
- Losing a hole deducts one point from the current score.
- The player or team with the highest score at the end wins the match.
Filling the Score Card
This is a simple scorecard – (Mini Golf Scorecard)
- One player can keep the score for all.
